If you are in between sizes, size up for a more relaxed fit and size down for more compression.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unworn and unwashed.
For any concerns, kindly contact us through Instagram (@wearplayactive) direct message. Only items that are defective prior to shipping qualify for a return or replacement. If approved, Play Active™ will shoulder the return and replacement shipping costs.
Items damaged during transit are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns for other concerns may be accepted at our discretion. If approved, the item may be exchanged for another item of equal value at no additional cost. If you wish to exchange for another item of higher value, an additional payment is required within 2 days.
Shipping costs for discretionary returns and exchanges will be shouldered by the buyer.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind. Once payment is made, all sales are final.
What is the refund policy?
Play Active™ does not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or general dissatisfaction. Once payment is made, all sales are final.
Refunds are only issued if an item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect and a replacement is not available. Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Orders damaged during courier transit are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
When will I get my order?
After we confirm your payment through email (playactive.shop@gmail.com), your order will be processed and delivered within 5–10 days.
Do you do rush deliveries?
Rush or same-day deliveries are not available through our website.
If you need your order urgently, please message us directly on Instagram at @wearplayactive. We’ll check availability and do our best to accommodate your request. All terms, fees, and delivery arrangements will be discussed through Instagram DM.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rate is fixed at Php 90 for Metro Manila deliveries and Php 130 for provincial deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not process international shipping through our website.
However, we can ship orders abroad via DHL, with all shipping costs shouldered by the buyer through a separate transaction. If you’d like to place an international order, send us a message on Instagram at @wearplayactive and we’ll assist you from there.
